TJ Shin (b. 1993, Seoul) is an artist and writer based in Los Angeles. Their multimedia practice explores how structures of power discursively shape perception, form, and environment. Research-based and often site-specific, their work interrogates spatial, linguistic, and temporal systems, examining how knowledge is distributed, information is made intelligible, and events are historicized.
